As a small business, I do not currently accept returns. However if there is an issue with the item, please do reach out and we can find a solution!

Whilst I do my best to insure everything is well packaged, with multiple layers of protection, unfortunately once it’s in the hands of the mail service it’s out of my control. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please send me an email with a photograph of the box and the damaged item. If I have another item made I will send it to you, or you can wait for me to remake the item (3-4 weeks roughly) or receive a refund assuming its a mailing issue - so I can claim on the mail service insurance.
